I am sorry to bother you with this request,  I need to have a copy of your
flight ticket via fax in order to start with our administrative procedures
for  reimbursement. 
In addition please see a fax with general information regarding Bologna.
We have reserved a double room  for you at HOTEL MILANO EXCELSIOR instead
of Alexander, they are in the same street close to each other. Tel and Fax
are the same that you can find in the fax for Hotel Alexander (they belong
to the same Hotel chain).
