Subject: Snowmass Session Draft Agenda

Attachments: Snowmass 2007 draft agenda DOE17.doc
I hope this note finds you well and looking forward to Snowmass.  I want to thank you all in advance for your interest and willingness to support the session on S&T, scheduled for August 1-2, 2007, and to share with you the latest draft agenda.    As you can see, we have a great lineup and two rather full days of presentations and group interactions.

Just a quick note to the Day 1 and Day 2 Panel Speakers - you have the option of using visual aids and most of you have already signaled your intentions to do so.  We can easily handle PowerPoint slides, or so I've been told.   You should consult with Susan Sweeney (email included above) if you have any special audio/visual needs.

Also, I would like to request that speakers be mindful of the schedule.   Your time allocations are noted in the agenda where it should also be apparent that we have little or no ability to absorb time overruns.  In advance, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Please contact me if you have any questions about the agenda or technical issues for this session.    John Weyant can address issues pertaining to the broader Snowmass workshop and Susan Sweeney remains your contact for logistics support.

In advance, safe travels!   I look forward to seeing you all at Snowmass.

Best Regards,

Bob
